Honda Two Wheeler — Overcharging by dealer and not providing tax invoice

Dear honda care, my complaint is that i purchase honda activa in 2011 from your authorized dealer m/s r b automobile, etawah-up - 206001 and their behavior with the customer is very very bad.

They are selling all 2 wheeler on the higher price, e. G. Honda activa 3g model on road price is rs. 57500/- lumpsum and they are charging with the customer 62000/- and they never give the tax invoice to the customers.

I also don't get any invoice also which i purchase in 2011. You can also cross check my complaint at your self. You can call to the customers who purchased 2 wheeler vehicle from m/s r b automobile and asked them that what documents they have got from the dealer or with the vehicle.

They (Dealer) are saying openly to me that company employee is also with them. I got a call from mr. Tyagi (Employee of honda two wheeler) having mobile number [protected] and they are saying to me that i am busy and i will visit to etawah very soon but almost 45 days have gone and he has not visited etawah. I called to the customer care 3-4 days back for my status of the complaint and i came to know that without any solution they have closed my complaint without any notice and mail, which

I request him to opened it again. Customer care said that mr. Tyagi has informed to the care to close the complaint. Now i believe on the dealers words (Company employee is also with them).

Then i called to their corporate office at gurgaon and tried to talk to their senior but they also said that they cant do any thing.
