Honda Two Wheelers — Dealership not working under warranty

Dear Sir/madam, I have HOnda Dream Yuga Reg. no. UP78DE-9728 and sale date 4/12/2013 from Axis Honda Dealership Kanpur UP now i am suferring in vehicle with Stearing noise cone set problem, averge issue .
