Tkt0119485 (No wan connection) was raised on 14/06/2016. Since then hundreds of follow ups have been made. Either they put phone on iv or they will respond by saying we will change the wireless receiver.
Every call attempt made, ends up in moving this issue to a next date. I was asked to recharge my plan on 06/18 and was assured that this will resolve the problem but again i have been given a date of 3 more days.
I want to know the service level agreement they have with the end users and get this issue closed asap.
