Honesty Net Solutions claims to provide 24/7 service but they don't live up to that promise. The working hours for customer care number are limited so you'll have to contact them during that period only.
The number also appears to be configured incorrectly so as soon as your call starts ringing, the call is considered online. As such, even if no one picks call for 2 minutes, charges will be levied by mobile company as it is considered a live call.
The employees are also very rude as they have monopoly over various areas and they know that customers have no where to go.
They don't have shifts for technicians and working days for them are also from Monday - Saturday. If you have any issue with your connection on Saturday night or Sunday, it will only be resolved on next Monday. Was this information helpful? |
Firstly we are extremely sorry for the issues faced by you. We understand that the calls made to our call center are charged when the call connects but that is due to a government mandate to record all calls due to which we are forced to use an IVR. We have launched a new mobile application "HNS Elite Subscriber", you can download this APP via the android market, this app will help you to manage your account, renew subscription and make complaints for the internet. We also would like to inform you that we have launched a WhatsApp number[protected] wherein you can give us your username and we will launch a complaint on your behalf.
