My payment was declined by the despite having sufficient available balance. I enquired on phone ans was informed that my card has been blocked. I have never been informed regarding blockade of my card. I have been you banks customer for last two decades. I had also aviled personal loan of rs. 4.00 lacs which i paid having no break in payment of installments and was paid in full by declined the payment you have challenged my honesty, integrity and honour which has humiliated my image which is unbearable. There was a payment delay because of situation in my home state jammu and kashmir where there total internet clampdown and even banks are not working properly.. I had to rush delhi for making payment which i did. By the attitude of bank which has challenged my integrity and honesty i request you to cancel my card. I will not make any payment of amount outstanding against my card because of your banks attitude.
