Hongkong & Shanghai Banking Corporation [Hsbc] — cheating with interest on credit card

I registered a complain online to send payment link to make payment as i don't have new hsbc credit card number to make payment which i have not received yet. I don't want to use hsbc credit card as their customer care is too poor. I requested a link to make a payment and close the credit card. But no one responded but every month they are charging interest for the amount misused in my card. Kindly help me to send link to make payment to my registered email id: vijaykumar. [protected]@gmail.com and to close hsbc credit card account.
