This bank has first of all overcharged me. Provided wrong information about the same. Provides no proper customer support despite my multiple attempts they are not resolving my complaint raised over discrepancies in the payments taken from my account
I have been raising concerns since 31st jan 2017
There is no view of the messages i send they only show the acknowledgement with reference number and when asked do not give clear information. I keep getting calls from them and they do not speak [ blank] when answered, this has been happening since three days now
Each time they round take atleast a rupee or two extra. I had paid extra so as to close my emi and had also paid off my entire purchase balance on 31st jan, yet they took extra money of over rs 1700 and none of the executives i spoke to was able to justify this additional charges

As per the company rules if card is used for filling fuel for more than 399 and upto 4000 no charges apply. But the company has charged me for using the card for fuel purchases of rs.400 and 500. The company has not responded even after repeated mails. This is not the first time this has happened.
