[Resolved]  C Doc Fortis Hospital — Rude behavior of front desk staff

I had visited Dr.Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Chest Clinic Patperganj Delhi-110091Hospital for an appointment with an endocrinologist, however agree waiting for over 20 mins at their front deft, the 2 men on registrations were busy chit chatting between themselves, sharing mobile jokes. After me trying to probe them to expedite the registration process, they rudely brush me off stark v please ma'am go & sit, we are busy. Even then I tried to ask them to take up their talking after they finish my registration. They behave as if they are treating patients for free. The moment I raise my voice demanding to meet their supervisor they claimed they are unsupervised and that I would have to wait.
I left after making a formal complaint with the supervisor- I found this hospital to be very unprofessional and banned by very rude staff.

This behavior is not even warranted for free patients.
