I am not able to update my web page any more, i called up the support team of hosting raja and come to know that site building portal ovi site is no longer associated with them, my 1 year subscription is still left and for all this i have to suffer and without any reason even after paying for three years advance payment.
As per them i've to upgrade my package in which they are providing some other site builder portal.
I never received any courtesy mail or call regarding this shuffle otherwise i suppose to take al[ the necessary steps that time only. Now when i was suppose to do some urgent updation on my web than only i come to know about all these things, any one can better understand the business loss to me just cause of this behaviour to customers Was this information helpful? |
