Read my complete email clearly before replying!!! Reiterating again: Pls refer the attached email - that clearly mentions the below section highlighted in ‘yellow’. Basis your calculation – i have apparently paid 19247/- … which is incorrect. Kindly check the email exchange again and read ahead and confirm asap. I have also copied the person - who confirmed the same on email on the package i bought!! Vivek - kindly ensure that my email is replied to as i have been patient enough.. You guys cant cheat me!!! I have proofs and its all against you and your company!! My freaking health and business is getting effected because of the way you guys are behaving with me…… Basis the enclosed email - • hosting charges costed me (Rs. 4500) for a 5 year plan - after cutting the cost of 3 months (Rs. 75 per month)- the total is rs. 225. • domain charges for 5 yrs for the.in and.com respectively were quoted and paid as 1100/- and 2900/- respectively. Since i have bought that, no refund is required. • total amount to be returned to me = 4275/- Details amount comments Amount paid 8500 Hosting charges for 3 months deducted 225 this is basis 4500/- charged for a total of 5 years Domain charges for.in 1100 paid for a total of 5 yrs Domain charges for.com 2900 paid for a total of 5 yrs You owe me 4275 8500 minus 225 minus 1100 minus 2900 The deal i got (Refer the enclosed email) Shared hosting (Gold plan) just only 4500 for 5 years Web space 10 gb web space Domain 10 addon domain, 10 parked domain, unlimited sub domains Unlimited accounts you can host unlimited accounts Unlimited database you will get unlimited database Bandwidth 1000 gb bandwidth Emails From: ashima. Hosting Raja says they are No.1 hosting company in India and they give a guarantee of 99.99% uptime. My site was down for 4 hours 27 minutes yesterday. Their marketing activities are the best example of how a company which do not offer service at par can be reached top doing SEO. They have many paid review writers, they write good for money. But the actual case is this. Your site will be down for hours, and still they are No. 1
i got hacked my client's site more then 10 times, bad hosting security i never suggest anyone. for hostingraja.in

HostingRaja services are promised to be great. They may have done a lot
of websites, but I am not entirely sure of the quality of their customer
service team / sales to be particular.
1) I asked for domain transfer from another site and they said it would be free of charge. Now they are billing me for it.
2) I did not register a particular domain with them. They send me a mail asking for domain renewal charges before it expires.
All this miscommunication from their side makes it seem so
unprofessional. I do hope there is some manager who can take stock of
the situation and train the employees how to behave with clients.
I hope for some prompt grievance redressal very soon.
