[Resolved]  Go4hosting.com — Neither providing product as specified in order not refunding the paid amount

I purchased a VPS from the website company Go4Hosting.com on 31st December 2012. While purchasing they provided option for VPS server locations as India or USA. I chose USA as VPS location. They delayed a bit and delivered the order on 2nd January.
1) The first problem I noticed that the cPanel software they installed for me is trial license, whereas I paid for full license in advance. When I asked they said within license expiry (15 days) they will install full license. Still I tried to cooperate and accepted so far.
2) When I checked in further details I found that they have provided me India based server instead o[censored]SA based which was ordered. When I asked, first they told me to call their webhosting account manager Sushil kumar. They did not respond properly, or Sushil Kumar was present at provider number,
3) When I asked further for clarification they replied they can only provide dedicated server in USA servers. I have to take VPS server in India or I have to purchase dedicated server which is many times more expensive. However, while placing order they had option for both USA and India. I have copy of order as well as delivery confirmation email, both stating that they will provide me USA based server.
4) As a result of these things I haven't used the server for a single day. So, I asked for refund as they are unwilling to provide the specified order.
5) Now they are saying that I must use the account with Indian server else I have to pay many time more for dedicated server. They will not refund. After that they are not replying to me.

This is pure fraud. What should I do? They have got their money, so they are not looking into customer complaint nor providing the product as I asked for.

[Note for those people who are planning to purchase from go4hosting: Do not fall in trap of Go4hosting, they will cheat you in some way that you wont even get to know. There are several other better hosts.]
