They have contacted me over my mobile and they were having my details and inform me my few information and convinced me for issuing new credit card and even informed me first four digits of the CVV number and asked me press last three digits over phone through IVR and I have pressed CVV last three digits and when I got SMS for OTP I got doubt and OTP I have not revealed even though I got SMS not from bank but from another mobile number stating that Rs.6959-/- has been deducted from your account which confirms me of fraud transaction and he was much insisted for OTP to be pressed over IVR but I decline and not reveal the OTP and saved myself.
