Hot Deals Bazaar Paytm — The amount was debited my credit card

Dear Sir, I got a call from mobile number +91 [protected]&[protected], people pretending to be from SBI bank credit card for Issuing new credit card . Later they debited my credit card for amount INR 6959/-.The amount was debited to "Hot Deals Bazzar PayTM". This is definitely a well thought out plan to dupe common people.
