Hot Deals Bazaar Paytm — Money stolen from Credit Card on false pretext

I got a call from mobile number +[protected], people pretending to be from CITI bank credit card claiming for some offers. Later they debited my credit card for amount INR 7.943 and no deals were fulfilled. They are not taking calls anymore. The amount was debited to "Hot Deals Bazzar PayTM". CITI bank claims there is no such offer. And recently I saw another customer reporting same story with AXIS credit Card. This definitely is a well thought out plan to dupe common people. I demand my money back.
