I receive a phone call from Chrisanda Louw selling the membership to me which I was very impressed with the package she ask for my debit card number which I gave her then when am I getting paid told her aswell after everything she told me that the manager will call me to confirm if I qualified for the package to my surprise the manager never called me on the 27 of June a purchase order happened on my debit card I called the hotel I spoke to Matilda who I was told she's the manager she promise me to solved this issue till today I'm still waiting for her I've been trying to call her all the time she's not available and I'm still waiting for my refund with no luck can someone please help me I'm very frustrated about this can I get some explanation Was this information helpful? |
