Dear Sir/Madam,
I have availed HouseJoy laundry service on 1st September 2016 and their executive has collected the dress on 7th September 2016 promising they will be delivering the dress by 11th September 2016. Trusting their name of the company I have given my expensive dress for Housejoy for dry cleaning. However I haven't received my dress on 11th September 2016 and the call center also not able to provide any information. I have sent couple of emails to their customer center bu no luck of getting my dress. Its become a nightmare for me to call up the customer care and everytime I will be getting excuses
I want to get my dresses and all these people should get punished also should not be allowed to operate anymore.
