Hi, recently shifted to this new house where the rent is 9500 (500 is for maintenance) 500 per house itself is too costly for maintenance since not much maintenance work is there just for common bill and now that greedy owner and his wife were saying it's not included for cleaning car parking and stairs weekly wise.
So they are raising the mntnc amt to rs 1000 which is too much, increasing the rent immediately after shifting in just a month.
Also the lady is showing too much attitude problem and professionals or decent family can't stay in that house Was this information helpful? |
