[Resolved]  House Owner — Lease amount not given back and too many indirect charges

My name is Prabhu, working in times of India. I stayed in bangalore. My house owner name is Shankar. He is having five houses. I gave him 4 lac rupees through bank account for lease and till now he had given me only 1.6 lac back. He don't give proper bill to NY of tenant and he don't pay tax at all. He is also saying 10000 he will take for painting charge. I informed him about four month before and vacated the house three. Also he gave the house for rent to new tenant also. Address of the house owner is 817, 31st cross Tila Nagar, Jaya Nagar, Bangalore 560041 and his mobile Humber is [protected]. I was given for rent in the address of 28, 4th Cross, Manjunath Nagar, Hosa road, Electronic city, Bangalore 560100. My mobile number is [protected]. Plz help me to punish this rich and cheating landlord like him. I am planning to file a case on him.
