We started to stay in mr anjan majumdar's flat since november 2015. As we are about to leave this month he is asking for extra rent but we have already given him the advance rent in the start while entering his premises. Also after repeated requests he had not given us the rent agreement, neither did he make one. Suddenly increased the rent without notice. Character wise also he is notified to be a bad man. He happens to try with me as well, so being a housewife i spoke to my husband and decided to leave his apartment. Now he will not let us take out our luggage's.
