Hi all.
Need a quick help. I am staying in a rented house in bangalore btm 2nd stage. My mother came 2 months back and stayed with me for 18 days. The owner has charged me 3000 rs as water bill for the guest. I know this is too much. I do not think that he can ask for this much amount. But i have no idea about these things.
