Reference HDC No. 1036/2014/287 - sofa got damaged
I've registered complaint before 30 days but till date nobody has attained or visited our house for inspection.
On 30th March I've received SMS saying "your complaint no.CC/2015/3/421 has been resolved" which is not true.
Further, after some time I've received new message saying your complaint no.CC/2015/3/536 has been logged.
How can I receive message like this without attending complaint.
5-6 times I called up customer care to know the status but always I am getting answer saying we need to check with our warehouse & will call you back & confirm but after that no revert.
Now even after 30 days nobody has attained the complaint and it is very embarrassing when guest come to your house & you don't have proper sitting arrangement.
