[Resolved] Housefull International Furniture — Don't ever buy product from housefull furniture | |||||
Hi, I purchased one FLASH KING BED WENGE 4730S-A on 2nd August 2015 with HDC No 1022/2015/1183 and delivered on Sept 10th 2015 (after a month!), which is damaged due to water. This problem is already informed them by their two different carpenters. Also I informed them over phone to the store from where I bought and to the head-office as well as sent email to both. HDC No: 1022/2015/1183 Booking No: [protected] Invoice No. 4012 Every time I call them, they say it will be delivered in 2 days. And I waited for FOUR months and still neither I receive any call nor I get any replacement till now. Now Marathahalli store people stopped receiving my calls! Big surprise I saw, when I went to their Marathahalli store from where I bought. Each time, the store guy told me that I paid to 'Housefull furniture' company, not to him. So I need to ask to company over phone regarding my complaint. He only sales product, not gives service. And he tried to convince me saying, this is a international company.
