Housefull International Furniture — No updates on the ordered product | |||
I ordered a storage unit from Housefull.com with order id: HFOD06045. The product is BRAD STORAGE UNIT WENGE. The customer care is not at all helpful. No one picks up the call, it gets disconnected while we are waiting for some representative to attend the call. When we mail them as well, we do not get a response back. I tried pinking them on whatsapp for which they replied that the product will be delivered by 18th Oct ( Order date : 2 Oct) . Now they are not providing any update and just saying that due to unforeseen reason delivery is delayed. While if I look at the order status, the order is yet not ready or processed leave aside being shipped. We have been waiting for an update for last 15 -20 days. Pathetic service from Housefull.
