I have ordered two products on Oct 20th and expected them to be delivered in 7-8 days - However one item reached me on 9th Nov and got assembled on 16th Nov after multiple follow-ups. The second one has not been delivered nor they are ready to refund the money
a. To reach call center it takes hours and hours
b. I have written at least 9 emails - none of them has been answered
c. Chat option / Call me back option on their websites are just show pieces
d. One executive has assured me finally that product price and 50% delivery charges will be refunded in 5 days
- 15 days later I called back to realize that I had to start the conversation all over again - Now they are not ready to refund the 50% delivery charges and are eager to take me for another ride
Websites like these must be banned so that other innocent customers do not go through the harassment like us - Experiences like this will kill the faith of customers in e-commerce sites.
Any online website should be reachable in 10 telephone rings - anyway they do not have a face at least they better have a voice - I hope some body looks into it and brings some sense into the e-commerce industry
