We have bought Oxford sofa set in October, 2015. delivery was delayed by more than two months.
We bought the new sofa set as our guests from Italy were to come in September 2015. The sofa set was delivered after our purpose of buying new sofa was defeated as the guests had already left India when finally the sofa set was delivered after much follow up but that was also in damaged condition for which we lodged the complaint immediately on delivery.
Finally they took the sofa set for repairs in June 2016 which has still not been delivered after repairs even after two months.
They don`t provide contact nos of their senior officers as no satisfactory reply is forthcoming from their grievance cell no. Was this information helpful? |
