Housefull International Ltd — late delivery and incomplete delivery

Kindly note your complaint number (CC/2014/7/199). To Customer care I have many complaint against Housefool. Which complaint you will resolve by 17/7?- Complaint number (CC/2014/7/199). I do not know about which complaint you are referring. 10 days for resolving a customer complain – that to domestic item customer. Is this the customer centricity /satisfaction standard you are maintaining? where world class standard is in minutes(not even hours). Just to understand customer feeling, note following. I am repenting of my decision of buying goods from Houseful This I am talking about my experience about the service and behavior quality shown by houseful employee (produce quality is yet to be tested as I have not used the products yet. At time of booking of order I have confirmed that I will be getting delivery when I want (Saturday delivery and Sunday assembly) only point was the delivery will be after 3 week from confirm order. 26/6 – I rec call for delivery. I confirm the delivery on 5/7 and assly on 6/7. after 3-4 calls from houseful it was again confirmed that delivery on 5/7/14. On 4/6 it was confirmed by lady from Houseful that delivery on 5/6 /14 and I will get call between 1-6pm for confirming the timing. No call till 6.20 pm. I called back at 6.30 pl – no body pick up phone (as per papers the timing is 10 to 7) On 6/7/14 – no call till 11.30. When call back the lady informs me that delivery is postponed to 7/7/14 . With whose permission, who was informed? - only one answer – we do not have information – our system do not give us such information. She was not even ready to enquire to W/House and give me information. I asked for a person whom I can take up my matter. A person in Houseful who work for customers money? No answer( out of 10 minute discussion only one answer “ we do not know). After a lot of discussion and at least one staff member(Mr Milind) who understands customer pain it was agreed that the delivery will be on 7/7n and assly on the same day………. On 7/7 nobody confirms me the delivery timing. When I enquired I was told the it will be between 1 to 3. Act material received after 4.30 pm. After follow-up for 1 hour the carpenter reached for assly. Assly was done till 10 pm. Still work was not completed as material required for fitting of extra rack not delivered (This fault was by design or real fault – you only check your system – White collar harassment) The carpenter left saying my work is over and left with the place without my opinion about the product/performance/customer report/signature( look how much important customer feedback is for you?) On 8/7 nobody lifted call till 10.15 am(no system for call back even though my mobile no is officially registered in your record) At 10.30 mr Ramesh answered my call. Housfool system/record was not having any information about short material at customer even after 12 hours). I told him 4 complaints as follows. 1) Bottom plywood not provided for the box bed[protected] – later I was told that is provided – lesson – customer should not believe items kept in showroom (funny – box bed without bottom) 2) Item[protected]/62 – lock not working. 3) Extra shelf not fitted 4) The packing material not cleared by houseful person – why customer should take responsibility of clearing garbage made by houseful (packing is supplier requirement and customer need only goods) – I have spent Rs 400 cost for disposing the packing material left by Housefool 5) I asked for complaint no – which he refused to give saying that It will be on SMS After 1 hour I asked for SMS of customer complaint no the lady told me that she has enquired with the carpenter about complaint and he said that there is no problem. Hence she has not registered the complaint. After insisting for a long time lady agreed to register complaint and gave me complaint no. When asked which complaint she has registered? – no answer No call till now about when material will be available/when the pending work will be carried out?? During all this episode every time I have to call housefool. Nobody bother to call me and give me update? During these 3-4 days I have gone through many discussion forum and customer websites and confirmed that I am not the only one who has suffered at the hands of House fool. Whatever I have stated above is on recording with me and can be produced if required. Conclusion – You may be thinking that the name Housefool is a spelling mistake, but it is not – this word is proved by you about your customers.
