[Resolved] Housefull — Non-delivery of product for nearly 2years | |||
I ordered a side table from Housefull on 13 March 2013 from the Worli, Mumbai store and it hasn't been delivered to me for over 1 year and 7 months. Housefull initially delivered a defective product that I refused to accept; the delivery team noted this and assured me the delivery of a new piece at the earliest. I followed up with Housefull multiple times over emails and phone calls to their customer service number. I got no response. For the past 6months, I've been chasing them incessantly. It's been extremely frustrating and mentally agonizing. The internet is rife with complaints against this company. They shouldn't be allowed to cheat and harass customers this way. They should refund the money and fairly cocmpensate me for the distress caused. Was this information helpful? | |||
