[Resolved] Housefull — Order for bed | |||||
I ordered Eliza Queen Bed Wenge SKU:[protected] and the order number is HDC No- 9953/2015/3775 - Order No. 97380. The product is shipped and supposed to be delivered on Dec 25. The Housefull representative from Bangalore called and informed that they are getting the product. But no one came. I waited all the day and tried to call them. He did not pick up. Today (Dec 26) I called Mumbai Customer Care. They said they will get back in 30 mts. But till evening no one called. At 4 PM the Bangalore guy called and said that he can deliver it only tomorrow. Please address and ensure that the product is delivered at the earliest in proper condition. Was this information helpful? | |||||
