Housefull The Furniture Destination — Unethical behavior | |||||
I placed an order on Housefull.co.in on 12th Sep 2015. The item was on heavy discount. The order number is 81956 SKU:[protected] Price: 16230.00 Till 21st Sep, 2015, the status of the order was showing as "Processing" following which it was changed to "On hold". When I called up the customer care on 22nd Sep, 2015, they informed me that they'll arrange a call back during first half of 23rd Sep 2015 but never did. Again I called up on 23rd Sep 2015, and now they are informing me that the item is out of stock and they'll refund the money in 10 days. But the irony is the same item is still available for sale on their website for a higher price. The details are as follows. SKU:[protected] Price: 40170.00 My questions are 1. If they never intended to deliver the product why did they offer for that price? 2. Can't they have courtesy to call up and inform that the item is out of stock? 3.
