Housejoy — Overcharging, worst app, threatening

Housejoy themselves approached me for drainage clearing solution. They themselve registered request and schedule plumber for service. I raised a request before 1 day through app that i am not able to see request in my order section. No mail generated however it was showing that request submitted. The purpose of informing this issue to them is that i want to apply discount coupen of 1st service. I did not receive any reply. Next day plumber comes in and finish his work. It was already alright and he had not to do anything hard. He charged 350 inr. I was expecring 250 as mentioned in their app. I asked housejoy to adjust discount and correct this overcharge amount however they did not agree. They told me that this request registered by housejoy and i can not claim discount. I denied this payment as they intentionally hide discount information while registering my request and did not reply to my query one day before the plumber request. They threatened me that they will take legal action. I even complained to their customer care however they cut the phone by saying that they will call me in 10 min. No response yet.
