Dear Sir / Madam,
I am staying in Gangadham chs, Bldg No.1, New Panvel, Navi Mumbai. Our society is not issuing individual receipts for maintenance. After so many complaints, sub-registar asked society to issue receipts to all members. But they are giving receipts only me, charging Rs.1000/-per receipts. Whether this is possible to charge individualy from me extra? Was this information helpful? | 
I want to transfer my existing home loan from LIC to SBI and for that SBI require NOC from society. I gave 3 application to society but they are not responding me and around 1 month completed. My maintenance is clear and not pending any due amount. Please suggest me.
