A member in our society has not paid the penalty whihc was charged to them for leaving the water tap open and goint out...in the bargain the entire society had to stay without water fro two days... This was in 2013.. The society has cahrged them a fine as decided in the agm of that year... However that member continues to default that payment and pays only a short amount against the maintenance bill and now they have lodged a complait with the registrar to inspect the accounts of the society...
I want to know in such a case of default payment can they lodge a complaint and can the registrar except such a complaint and take charge of the society Was this information helpful? |
