My name is Pankaj kr shaw, I bought a (hp- 15 ac122tu) on 25/04/16 after few month it has keypad problem, i raised a complain on 05/08/16 about this matter my complain id is ([protected]) but till now its not solved, their engineer till now not visit, when ever i call hp care they tell us wait for their engineer ..what should i do..also local dealer they try their best to solved this issue they always talk with company persons and request them to solved this issue as soon as possible but company persons talking lie always, plz help me
