I had purchased a brand new printer HP Officejet x576dw on 19th Oct 2015 and when it was installed it was not working so the very next day i had logged complaint i.e on 20th oct 2015. Since then there is no communication and i am not able to my office job as printer is faulty. Today is 6th nov 2015 almost 17 days had passed and i am now stuck up with this faulty printer.
When i spoke to hp they said that they will help me and provide solution but, till date after continous reminders and email etc, no one has contacted us now they have even bothered to mail me back on solution.
Service center says our higher team is looking after the case and we cannot do anything.
After sending a huge sum of 60000, i am left with this faulty printer. I cannot do anything and there is a loss in my business as we are consultants and printing and scanning is very important to us . Please advise them to give new printer or refund the money also i need to be compensated for this loss in business. Was this information helpful? |
