sir i have booked one order for HP Desktop 20-a240in order No is 338065 on 10 Mar 2014 and payemnt made by debit card total payment is 42185/- i am told by product will be delivered with in seven days on 12 March one telephone call from HP representative product is not available. then i called several time to HP company they have not given any written assurance when i will get money back. pls help me i am cheated by HP company i do not such a big company is doing like this taking money kept it for some days and refund it this company is in gurgaon the saleperson is Mr dhiraj thanking you akhtar ali [protected]
