Hp — Facing "n" number of problems with hp laptop.

Hello, My name is Bhavana.K. Details of the laptop : I5 4th Gen, 4, 500, 15.6 Win 8.1 I want to lodge a complaint regarding the HP laptop which I had purchased on the 6 May 2014. Nevertheless I take immense disgrace in showing up the fact that I am facing the worst ever experience with this laptop. Its all kind of problems I have faced with this laptop which makes me regret for having spent so much money on it and getting a bad result. Within the very few months of me buying the laptop i faced an issue with the keyboard. Few of the keys weren't working properly at all.Then slowly most of the keys did not work which actually didn't let me open my laptop at all because i couldn't give the password using the keypad while opening the system. As i had warranty period handy i raised a complaint and the servicemen came to my home and changed the whole keypad. It was fine for few months. Then comes the mouse pad issue as an add on which gets stuck in every 2 minutes which makes me feel like just breaking the laptop out of frustration. For the cursor to start moving from its stuck position i got to wait for almost 5-10 min each and every time. I bear it somehow with a hope that this problem wouldn't arise again. But no, its not the case. Happens everytime i use the laptop. Again an add on to it, all off a sudden when i watch a movie or a video, the VLC gets crashed and the audio system stops. I get to hear nothing. I googled about this problem and google showed we can restart the service called windows audio from services.msc. But, each and everytime I open a new video in VLC i got to go restart the service. On the first attempt I never get to listen to the audio. Its only the video. Now again my keypad is not working well. Its only few keys which are working properly. I do not even have warranty handy now as the time for warranty is exceeded. Will I have to use this kind of a product all the time ahead ? I cannot keep consulting the customer care for each and every time for so many problems. Why is such a product delivered at all ? With huge frustration I am lodging this complaint. Kindly do the needful for this. I cannot pay for all these errors in the product. I have been handling the laptop very carefully and storing it in a safe place. No problem has occurred from my end. Its all the products fault which is disappointing so many customers like me. I cannot pay for this and I want a proper recovery for this. I want repair service for this as soon as possible or a new piece in return of this. Thanking you

Could you please explain me why do you provide an option here asking that what kind of a solution does the customer need. Because here in this forum we are asked to mention that we either choose for a refund of that particular product or product exchange or for a better recovery service for the flaw in the product. And i was asked to pay for the flaws which the product is having. Can't I simply go to the service centre and get the service done if that was the case ?????? Why would i raise a complaint in this forum here then ???

I am asked to pay around 8, 000-10, 000 or even more based on the charges for the recovery service. First i was told the service guy would come home and check what's the issue. And for that they will charge 1500. If its a software issue they will finish the service within that 1500 itself. If its a part replacement i will have to bear the charges applicable. If this is the case then what do i do ? before few months only i got the keypad changed and now its not working again. Again after paying they will replace a new one. Do they have a guarantee that this problem will not arise again ? I agree that all electronic gadgets face problems after a certain period, but within such a short span after buying ???? Why do they deliver such products then ? To make the customer suffer so much ? Also the person said "if you think just because you have raised this issue in consumer complaint we would do free service, then that's not the case. You are wrong. This is not how it happens".

Now please get me a proper solution for this or "I will take it to the consumer court for further process". I am not getting a proper solution for this from anywhere.
