[Resolved] Hp — Fake promise of delivering wireless mouse and a head phone

Some 4 months ago i purchased my laptop from hp world uttam nagar. at that time they told me about their offer with my laptop. in that offer free wireless mouse and a headphone was included. and now its been 4 months that i am waiting for my gift. i haven't got any MSG from hp store neither any call nor any notification regarding my gift.now i want you to take some action against them asap.
