[Resolved] Hp Gas — Delay of delivering the Gas refill | |||
I would like to lodge a complaint against HP Gas distributor CHIRAG GAS SERVICE whose address is SHOP NO.9 MANMANDIR, , OPPOSITE NALASOPARA RLY STATION, , NALLASOPARA WEST, Maharastra-Excl Mum/Thane/NMu, Pin Code:401203. I have made a booking for Gas refill with the following details, Consumer No: 603645, Consumer Name: MRUNALINI C. SAMARTH (Age: 85), Order Ref No: [protected], Booking No: 360343, Booking Date: 18/09/2014 14:28:00, Subsidized Cylinder. It has been 12 days since the booking is made and the gas refill is yet to be supplied. I Mr. Milind Samarth (s/o. Mrs. Mrunalini Samarth) would want to make a complaint since my mother is a heart patient and undergoing treatment, the gas refill is very much necessary for her as her eating has been affected badly. It has been a very rude and careless attitude from the CHIRAG GAS SERVICE staff with respect to our request to them again and again. They are not even providing the Gas cylinder even after telling them that we will take the Gas Cylinder all by our self. I even made an attempt to call them and ask for the delivery status but they are again responding carelessly and arrogantly as well not even letting me know the status of the gas delivery. Since she stays alone it is difficult for a Senior Citizen to manage in conditions without proper diet like this. Please take strict action against the agency. Was this information helpful? | |||
