HP Gas New Connection — delay in getting new connection

Hi sir, I had applied for a new hp gas connection at Trupti Enterprises, KRpuram, Bangalore on 16 nov 2013, and had submitted all the necessary documents. They had asked me to come after one month, and had provided me a registration slip. I went after a month, I.e. on 16 Dec 2013, to which the distributor gave me a mobile number of Mr. Sadanand ([protected]) and asked me to contact him for delivery of cylinder. Since that day to today I.e. 4 Jan 2014, I call him everyday, and he asks me to call the next day. Whenever I ask him, how many more months it will take, he answers saying he does not know. Now I am stranded and dont have any idea, if I am going to receive a connection or not. Can you please advise me what shall I do next? Do I need to pay some brobe? If yes, how much?
