Hp Gas — non receipt of subsidy of gas cylinder in bank account

I have not received gas subsidy after december 2016 in my account till date, my consumer number is 620205 with the name of rekha manoharlal rohra. Please look into this matter and please let me know what is the possible solution of it. We have discussed this with bank and as well as gas supplier and reached to conclusion that we have to make complain here only.
