Hp Gas Online Booking — transaction failed but amount got deducted twice in citruspay

I tried to make an online payment for gas booking through icici net banking. First time the transaction failed, but the amount got debited. The same happened again while retrying. A total of rs 915.50 + 915.50 = 1831 got debited from my account. Kindly process the refund at the earliest.
