[Resolved] Hp — High: laptop replacement | |||
Hi, i had bought hp laptop from reliance digital on november 14 2015.Below are the laptop details hp pavilion x360 - 13-s102tu product number: t0y58pa serial number: 8cg5411twr since then i am facing performace and harddrive issues and have reported many times.These are the cases logged with hp seeking support [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. It is more than 4 months no solution is provided yet. I am insisting for replacement from beginning there is no response from hp for any of my mails and calls. Now they informed that the hard drive is not proper and os is corrupted. They made me buy new os from hp only.Even the new os is not working now.They have taken my laptop to service centre without giving stand by laptop.It is going to be 10 days of taking laptop there is not even a single update and they are not even picking my call.I am greatly disapppointed by the hp team behaviour. Kindly support me to get this resolved. I need refund or replacement for my product. Please find my details below.
