Hp — HP Cartridge 21b Problem

I bought HP 21b black genuine Cartridge at Rs 500 /- but it printed only One and Half A4 Pages and Stopped Working. HP Solution Center software which is installed on my PC indicated cartridge Problem. I called HP Cartridge Customer Care[protected] they said to me send your cartridge to Service Center that is Redington india ltd First Floor Nobel enclave Ludhiana. I send it through Overnite Express Couriers which is delivered on 10 dec 2013. after that I called Redington India Ltd Ludhiana on 17 Dec 2013 but they Said We have Stopped Our Services to Hp. After that I again Called HP Customer Care[protected] but they not replied in Good Manner My location City Abohar State Punjab Overnite Express AWB No [protected]
