Hp Inc., India — Case id # [protected] still not resolved by hp india | |||||
I bought HP laptop (Product J8B81PA#ACJ) in March 2015 from India. It's cooling fan stopped working and laptop getting System fan 90(b) error. Presently, I am in Canada. HP Canada technical support team told me that they can not repair laptop under warranty here unless they get some correspondence from HP India. As such, I talked to HP India 15 days back i.e. Jan 12th and they registered my request. Case ID # [protected]. I was told that my case would be resolved in 24-48 hours but I am still waiting for response. My laptop warranty will end on 12th march, 2016. I want to get it repaired at the earliest under warranty. I want that suitable action should be taken immediately on my complaint. I fail to understand what is taking them so long? HP is such a big and reputed company and such delay is not expected from them. Was this information helpful? | |||||
