[Resolved] HP India — 6 months, 3 so called engineers, 2 vendors, 3 remote services and more then 10 times of system recivery ; yet case not resolve | |||
Case id: [protected] case id: [protected] and two more forgotten case id. Shame on hp, useless technician that you called yourself engineer. Irresponsible and perfunctory customer services and onsite personnel. How much time do you still required to get this done??????? Wes.[protected]@gmail.com Let me tell you why i am really fed up with your services. I purchased this piece of in mid september 2015, the problem start to showed in earlier october, less then a month from date of purchase. I called for help and first technician from the first vendor which he called himself engineer came by and changed the touch screen which is one the main problems, they closed my case soon after got the screen changed and i was told that they would follow up my case for at least two months to see if the problem persist, but they lied. And the rest problems were left behind. Then later i also found that the new touch screen is a defect product too. I called again to open anew case, now a new vendor and new. So called engineer came, yet til now all the problems that stated in the case i'd still persist, and how long already..? Guess what 6 months. I requested for a new pc so many times since you can't help but i got the motherboard replaced. Tell you what it doesn't do any good at all, then you asked me to update the drivers and bios... Well.., do i need to file a complaint if everything is ok now? Do something about it please, i bought a pc to help me got things done easier not entertain with this.
