HP India — Adf replacement for hp laserjet shortage of accessories

We need to replace our printer adf.

serial no:cnd8f613kj
product :cf286a

we replaced the adf but the replaced product was faulty .So we again ordered for another product but we are getting very bad response from the hp service center.They are saying that the spare parts is not available.
