I have recently purchased a new laptop from baba computer pune. 5 days after purchase the are asking me to pay more money or return the laptop. They claim that they are doing so after receiving an email complaint from hp, intiated by the nearby authorised dealer
I have purchased the laptop fair and square after making multiple enquiries. If this travesty is intiated on hp's part then put a stop to it. Also inform the dealer and his assocites not to harass or contact me or i will not hesitate to launch a legal complaint

Hanging problem... system is very slow.. heating issues...give device recently no progress seen ... everytime.. imsuffering for installing software's too.

Not getting any service even after repeated reminders and phone calls, they are just escalating the matter to their team and juggling the matter.
very much dis appointed with HP, need urgent help.
