Its not even been 2 years since i purchased my hp laptop and the battery has given up already.
I have an additional hp care pack which is active and according to hp's own virtual agent bot on their official website, says it covers 'product failure due to battery issues' (Screenshot attached) but, their customer representative says otherwise and states it isn't covered under the additional warranty.
The cycle count is just 161/1000.
However, this isn't the first issue i have faced since buying this laptop. There was a bezel issue earlier which initially when i claimed under warranty, they stated i would have to pay for the part since it isn't covered. But, after hundreds of back and forth calls, the issue was fixed under warranty.
How can a company like hp add such poor quality battery in a gaming laptop?
Why do u not mention the exceptions at he time of purchasing the additional hp care pack? Why do we have to go through this hassle with such an expensive laptop?
