I purchased the HP laptop model victus[5CD2468ZVY] on 25 January 2023 from Croma . From the beginning, I encountered various issues that have significantly hindered my productivity and caused immense frustration. I would like to highlight the following problems:

**Battery Drainage**: The battery life is significantly shorter than what was advertised. Even with minimal usage, the laptop's battery drains rapidly, forcing me to constantly search for power outlets and hindering its portability.
**Software Malfunctions**: The pre-installed software frequently crashes and displays error messages.
**display Malfunction**: the display is not working properly
these issues may be indicative of manufacturing defects
I am literally now frustrated with your product
In light of the aforementioned issues, I would like to request the following actions from HP:
Your technician has visited my
place two times.
