HP India — complaint against conplaint no. [protected] on dated 27.04.2015 | |||
Dear sir, I lodged my complaint by toll free no. [protected] on dated 27.04.2015. Hp engineer mr. Taufeed-[protected] came to home and give service call report and told me that your printer is under gaurantee period but for repair of this printer i have to send email for approval. After 3 days on dated 30.04.2015 service centre head called me by [protected] and told me your printer cant be repair and approval is denied. I said my printer is under gaurantee period i[censored] have any hidden things or condition of servicing u should tell me during purchasing, at that time i didnt take hp printer but now u have to resolve my problem. He denied. If i gave some money during service call my printer could ve repaired at that time. Now i want to tell you please repaired power problem of my printer hp m1005. Otherwise without telling terms and condition during purchasing pf printer i will go to consumer forum and court against this. This ia not custmer support this is internal hidden terms and condition from hp side.
